FORT WAYNE, IN, April 23, 2014 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Police in Indiana have filed two counts of child molestation against a 21-year-old man, despite the fact that an abortionist did not report his 13-year-old victim's abortion to state authorities in the manner required by law.
The charges are the culmination of a pro-life campaign that drew attention to Dr. Ulrich George Klopfer's habitual refusal to comply with a state law designed to catch child predators, making his reporting violation a national story.

Venerable Fulton J. Sheen, the great televangelist of his day, coined the term, “the road to hell is paved with good intentions.” He is credited with helping America understand that we sometimes have the best possible ideas and intentions of helping others, but sometimes those are not the best, when put into practice.
Such happens here at the Holy Innocents’ Foundation as well. There are a great many things which the Foundation Officers find laying around, which we have never heard of nor approved of. Be they books, papers, prayer cards, information sheets, etc. There is a lot of good information out there about the pro-life movement and quite honestly, there is some which is questionable. As both the president and chaplain of the Foundation, I am responsible for much of what has to happen here in the spirit of the pro-life movement and in the adoration of our Blessed Lord.
Likewise, I have to ensure that we meet all the requirements of those people who allow us to have such a place, both inside the Church and inside the government (e.g., to keep our tax exemption so that we can raise the funds to keep the place running). We are a 501c(3) organization and there are certain things which must be maintained. Likewise, as we are not an official part of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City, we do need to maintain certain things within the scope of the Church so that the Archbishop continues his support of maintaining the Blessed Sacrament in the Chapel.
Therefore, I ask for your cooperation in these matters. Nothing is to be left in the chapel – be they books, holy cards, prayer programs, etc., without my expressed approval. Likewise, we are not to leave nor attach any programs, nor flyers anywhere in the offices, doors nor foyer without such permission. Further, please do not remove such if you see them. If the Foundation puts things up for public information, it is not your responsibility to remove things. We have staff that will take care of that. We appreciate your eagerness to help, but we can handle those little things.
I appreciate your loyalty to the cause and your dedication to the pro-life movement and to the adoration and veneration of our Blessed Lord in the Holy Eucharist. Let us keep praying for all life issues and moving forward with the great work we have done over this last year and see the graces the Lord will bestow in the year to com.
Thank you for what you have done and what you will continue to do. I send you my priestly blessing and ask you to remember me in your prayers, as well as all the benefactors of the Foundation.
Sincerely,
Fr. M Price Oswalt, KCHS
President and Chaplain

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Twenty years ago, Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta stood before the President of the United States, before senators and congressmen, before justices of the United States Supreme Court. She spoke about her work among the world’s poor. She spoke about justice and compassion. Most importantly, she spoke about love.
“Love,” she told them, “has to hurt. I must be willing to give whatever it takes not to harm other people and, in fact, to do good to them. This requires that I be willing to give until it hurts. Otherwise, there is no true love in me and I bring injustice, not peace, to those around me.”[1]
Sacrifice is the language of love. Love is spoken in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, who poured out his life for us on the cross. Love is spoken in the sacrifice of the Christian life, sharing in Christ’s life, death, and resurrection. And love is spoken in the sacrifice of parents, and pastors, and friends.
WASHINGTON, DC — Justice Anthony Kennedy thinks gay people are fabulous. All three of the Supreme Court’s most important gay rights decisions were written by Justice Kennedy. So advocates for birth control had a simple task today: convince Kennedy that allowing religious employers to exempt themselves from a federal law expanding birth control access would lead to all kinds of horrible consequences in future cases — including potentially allowing religious business owners to discriminate against gay people.
Kennedy, however, also hates abortion. Although Kennedy cast the key vote in Planned Parenthood v. Casey upholding what he called the “essential holding of Roe v. Wade,” he’s left no doubt that he cast that vote very grudgingly. Casey significantly rolled back the constitutional right to choose an abortion. And Kennedy hasn’t cast a single pro-choice vote in an abortion case in the last 22 years.
The questions from members of the Supreme Court and the tenor of the oral arguments today in the Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood cases against the HHS mandate give observers reason to hope the high court will overturn the controversial Obamacare provision.
In court today former United States Solicitor General Paul Clement argued on behalf of Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood, two family businesses whose cases were consolidated before the court. Clement argued that Hobby Lobby and Conestoga are protected under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and that nothing in the law excludes these family businesses and their owners from religious freedom protections.
